Get Sh!t Done Club drops are limited. We plan carefully, produce intentionally, and don't overstock — which means once it's gone, it's gone.
Because of this, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations on any orders. All sales are final.
We know that's direct. That's kind of the point.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS
We're human. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if we sent you the wrong item, we will make it right. Email us at hello@getshitdoneclub.co within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll take care of it.
WHERE WE SHIP
We currently ship within the United States. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
HOW WE SHIP
Orders are shipped via UPS or USPS depending on your location, package size, and what gets your order to you fastest. Carrier selection is determined at the time of fulfillment.
PROCESSING TIME
Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days of purchase. During high-demand drop periods, processing may take a little longer. We appreciate your patience.
SHIPPING TIMES
Once your order ships, estimated delivery times depend on your location and the carrier. Standard shipping is typically 5-8 business days. Expedited options may be available at checkout depending on your location.
Please note: shipping timeframes are estimates provided by the carriers, not guarantees. We are not responsible for carrier delays.
SHIPPING RATES
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order weight, dimensions, and destination. You'll see the exact cost before you complete your purchase.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Use it to follow your package through UPS or USPS directly.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Once your order has shipped and tracking confirms delivery, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is marked delivered but you haven't received it, we recommend checking with neighbors, your building, or filing a claim with UPS or USPS directly.
UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Reshipping fees may apply. We are not responsible for orders lost due to incorrect address information provided at checkout. Double-check your details before you hit confirm.
